Join me and Ossi Raveh, May 27 – June 3, 2023, at Sicilian Spirit yoga and retreat center, located in Madonie, Sicily. The Masseria is a certified organic farm and retreat center in a 17th century farmhouse, surrounded by 25 hectares of a lush private park.
Below is what’s included in the upcoming Italy retreat:
—7 nights stay in double room, from Saturday, May 27, 2023 5.00 pm to Saturday, June 3, 2023 10.00 am.
—Daily vegetarian/vegan large brunch and dinner
—Hot coffee, tea and herbal tea before morning yoga, and during the whole day, in the Tea lounge.
—Daily Morning yoga practice with Ossi and Dennis
—Afternoon asana clinics where we will break down poses, address injuries and offer insight on how to move through and advance your practice in a safe and supported manner.
— Evening meditation to close our days.
— Full and exclusive use of the yoga spaces (outside of scheduled classes), lounges, restaurant, swimming pool and all other public areas of the Masseria and of its park
— Wi-Fi is available in the lounge area.
— Transfers from and to your entry point of Catania or Palermo
— Excursions to ancient city Cefalu (and beaches) and to a nearby winery.
As noted above, there will be coffee! Wine and Beer is also available at additional cost.

**When researching flights we have found that flying into London, Paris, Amsterdam and then to Sicily via an internal airline is the least expensive option. Palermo or Catania will be your entry points to Sicily. Catania airport is closest to Toarmina (of White Lotus fame) should you want to plan to explore that city.
