yoga schedule


I guide a challenging and fun vinyasa-style class incorporating intelligent sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and posture modifications to ensure everyone leaves feeling successful. I encourage students to integrate the gentle shifts that occur on their mats with the outside world. Current public class schedule is listed below and is always updated.

I also offer 75 minute private, semi-private, and corporate sessions tailored to your needs. Please message me for details.
