Election Day Meditation
This election cycle has been a bit contentious. We’ll all find one serious exhale after Tuesday. In the meantime, my fellow teachers at NYHRC are offering Election Day Meditation all day long at various locations. So go vote and then offer yourself an opportunity to calm the f*ck down.
